Indication:
Contains 4 carefully selected strains of beneficial bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus, to be used during travel, since the local cuisine can expose the intestine to new challenges due to the possible presence of strains of bacteria different from the usual ones, which can alter digestion.

Per 1 capsule:
4 billion live bacteria at the time of manufacture..........(4 x 109 CFU)

Bifidobacterium BB-12
Streptococcus thermophilus STY-31
Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. Bulgaricus LBY-27
Sweeten agent (dextrose), coating agents (gelatin, colour: titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
*May contain traces of milk.
Dosage:
Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably first thing in the morning when the stomach is not so acidic. Do not take with hot drinks.
