For 1 tablet:
Calcium (as Carbonate)...........500 mg
Magnesium (as Oxide)..............125 mg
Vitamin D................................5 µg (200 IU)
Vitamin K................................38 µg
Boron (as Sodium Borate).......1.5 mg
Bulking agent (calcium carbonate, cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, color: titanium dioxide, glycerin), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate)
Posology:
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, with a meal.
