For this Bach flower infusion, various herbs have been carefully chosen and combined with the following Bach flower essences: Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem.

INGREDIENTS:
Citronella grass*, rose hip peel*, apple fruits*, lemon balm leaves*, eucalyptus leaves*, linden flowers*, peppermint leaves*, elderflowers*, hibiscus flowers*, cinnamon bark* , lavender flowers*.
Mixture of Bach flower essences*: Cherry Plum* (Cerasifera), Clematis* (Clematis), Impatiens* (Impatience), Rock Rose* (Heliantemus), Star of Bethlehem* (Star of Bethlehem).

HOW TO USE:
Place the bag in a cup and pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water. Leave it to rest for about 8 minutes and then remove the bag.
Adults: drink 2 to 3 cups of infusion a day.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: take 1 to 2 cups of infusion a day.
Children from 3 years old: drink 1 to 2 cups of infusion a day.
Suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding (maximum 2 cups daily)
Suitable for children from 3 years old (maximum 2 cups daily)
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
