Composition:
Plantain herb (30%), licorice root, thyme herb (20%), bitter fennel fruits (10%), marshmallow leaves, Iceland lichen, mallow flowers.
Posology:
Place the bag in a cup and pour approximately 150 ml of boiling water. Leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes and then remove the bag.
Adults and children from 4 years: Take 4 to 6 cups of freshly prepared infusion a day.
