Peptan® Patented Collagen, 100% Pure Collagen of Marine Origin, with superior assimilation to that of other collagen sources.
Subjected to a process of controlled enzymatic hydrolysis from high purity type I collagen that selectively originates short chains of amino acids (active peptides) of high bioavailability. Studies carried out with Pure State collagen peptides confirm that they are rapidly digested and absorbed after ingestion and effectively reach the target tissues.
The generated peptides are optimized for greater assimilation. They contain a high concentration of the key amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, representing around 50% of the total amino acid content. This unique amino acid profile is identical to type I collagen found naturally in our tissues.
