• Lactase *: is an enzyme that cuts the lactose molecule into its two simple sugars (fructose and galactose), which are easily absorbed by our body.

Recommended dose and method of use

We recommend taking 1-2 tablets a day, about 30 minutes before a meal, in relation to both the amount of lactose taken and the personal difficulty in digesting lactose.
