Recommended dose and method of use

We recommend taking 2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a large sip of water, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Eucommia ulmoides is a tree native to China but on the verge of extinction and therefore today it can be found almost exclusively in cultivated form. Eucommia bark, also known as Du Zhong, is described by Shennong, the founder of Chinese herbalism "as a superior herb that prolongs life", second only to Ginseng. By superior herb, we mean that it can be taken every day for the purpose of staying healthy.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Eucommia bark is considered a tonic of the Jing, which is concentrated in the kidneys. Jing, is the fundamental energy of life, which stimulates regeneration and therefore promotes longevity, vitality, mental and sexual energy, ultimately it can be considered a powerful anti-age.

In the West, Eucommia's action is attributed to the high concentration of substances such as iridoids, and lignans, phytoestrogens and phytoandrogens that promote healing from osteoarticular trauma, including bone fractures, making the body more robust. It would even seem excellent for fighting osteoporosis!

Recent studies conducted by the University of Louisiana have highlighted the ability of the Eucommia cortex to reduce blood pressure and not a little: about 7mmHg for the maximum and 4 for the minimum!
