How to use :
Open the envelope just before applying the URGO thermal patch on the painful area. In contact with air, heat production is activated and the patch progressively reaches its optimum temperature. For areas with greater movements, the URGO thermal patch can be supported by a non-occlusive secondary dressing (band, tubular bandage).
Do not apply more than 8 hours in a row on the same area.
Precautions for use:
Do not use if the patch is punctured or torn as there is a risk of burning.
If the patch is broken, wash the areas of the body that have been in contact with the powder with plenty of water.
In case of accidental ingestion of the powder, consult a doctor having the product leaflet at hand.
Apply the patch in situations where the perception of heat is not diminished. Do not use the patch while sleeping.
If the sensation of heat is too strong or abnormal, immediately and carefully remove the patch.
Consult your doctor before use in case of diabetes and/or circulation problems, and if the pain persists.
It should not be put in the microwave.
Do not cut or fold the patch.
Do not wet the patch. Remove the patch before showering or bathing.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not reuse (adhesiveness may be reduced or lost and heating may be ineffective)
