URGO Post Stings Filmogel® is a transparent film indicated in case of 7 insect bites: mosquito bites, wasps, bees, horseflies, spiders, ants and mites. Water resistant and suitable for children from 1 year.
Insect bites
There are many insects prone to biting us (mosquitoes, spiders, horseflies ...), causing skin lesions (skin wounds). These can react to the defenses of the immune system, causing swelling, redness and itching.
How to use:
If a stinger is present, gently remove it.
Clean, disinfect, rinse and dry the affected area with the help of a sterile compress.
Apply Filmogel® on the affected area with the help of the spatula so that it evenly covers the area. It can produce a tingling sensation after application.
Let dry for a few seconds.
Renew the application as often as necessary (on average 2-3 times per day).
In case of reapplying the product, it is not necessary to remove the already formed film. If you want to remove the already formed film there are two possible methods: Pull the edges of the film or apply a little product again on the formed film and dry immediately with the help of a dry compress.
Keep the container tightly closed after each application.
Once opened, it is advisable to use the product within the following 6 months.
Contraindications
Do not apply in case of lesions due to dermatological conditions, mycosis and on infected or suppurating wounds.
Do not apply on mucous membranes or around the eye.
Do not use in case of allergy to any of its components.
Due to the absence of studies in pregnant or lactating women, the use of this product is not recommended.
Precautions:
Skin application exclusively. Do not eat.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use in children under 1 year.
Irritating to the eyes
In case of multiple bites, especially in children, consult your pharmacist.
If the itch is not caused by an insect bite, ask your pharmacist for advice.
Do not use for more than 8 days without medical advice.
Do not smoke during the application of the product, before the applied product is completely dry or near the open bottle.
If in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor.
