As a consequence, they have concluded that: said leaves perform an anti-proliferative function on tumor cells, increasing the production of Th1 cytokines, thus strengthening the immune system. In vitro tests confirm, not only the popular tradition of anti-cancer effect, but also an immune system boosting activity. Obviously, this is only a first phase of the research that aims to find out the efficacy of papaya leaves in vitro, therefore we are waiting for successive publications on this research.
