Ingredients
Water, alcohol, Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens L.) berries 20%, honey.
It has venous vasoconstrictor, astringent, antispasmodic, antiperspirant property. The bioflavonoids (amentoflavone) it contains are endowed with vascular tropism, protect cell membranes and reduce the permeability of blood vessels.
The plant also contains diterpenes, which have a similar action and also have estrogen-like activity with a relative rebalancing of ovarian functionality.
Its antiasthmatic properties and against spasmodic cough (accompanied by dipnea), are due to the presence of an essential oil that contains cadinene, camphene, pyrene, cupresen, cynol, etc.
This plant can be useful as an adjunct in vascular hypotonia, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, metrorrhagia, menopausal discomfort, spasmodic cough, enuresis, peripheral vascular disease.
