Propoli Compost Of Propolis and Calendula.
Ingredients
Hydroalcolic extract 1: 5 of Propolis (Propolis) 60% and Calendula (Calendula officinalis L.) flowers, mixture of natural aromas.
Calendula contains: essential oil, an active principle called calendulin, bitter principles, resins, saponins, mucilages, fatty acids, salicylic acid and vitamin C. It has soothing, decongestant and anti-inflammatory properties.
For external use it is used on irritations, redness, wounds and decubitus sores.
Propolis has antiseptic, antibiotic-like and anti-flu anti-infective properties.
Propolis contains various substances, of which it is useful to remember: 50-60% resins and balsams, 30-40% wax, 5-10% essential oils and 5% pollen. Propolis is used in gargles and rinses for canker sores, gingivitis, stomatitis, etc.
Propolis and Calendula are also useful in the external treatment of Herpes zoster, also known as San Antonio Fire.
