Fucus is a greenish seaweed very rich in iodine, for this reason it stimulates the thyroid and metabolic processes aimed at reducing excess fat and calories.
The Vellosilla has essentially diuretic properties, favoring the elimination of chlorides, urea and uric acid; the plant contains tannins, bitter principles, vitamin C, the active principle piloselin (similar to coumarin), a substance with antibiotic action and, finally, manganese in high quantities.
Java Tea has diuretic, cholagogue, cholesterol-lowering, hypotensive properties. In it are: essential oil, saponins, tannins and an active principle called ortosifonina.
Birch has diuretic, antiseptic, astringent, febrifuge, antigouty properties and lowers blood cholesterol. This plant contains various active ingredients, such as betulin, betulalbine, some tannins and essential oil.
Horsetail has diuretic, hemostatic, demineralizing, anti-inflammatory properties. In particular due to its diuretic activity, the diuresis caused by the plant is purely hydric, without alteration of the electrolyte regime; it can be used in slimming therapy.
