Ingredients
Extracts and Pulverized of: Nettle (Urtica dioica L.) rhizome, Black currant (Ribes nigrum L.) leaves,
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) rhizome, vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, Black radish (Raphanus sativus var. Niger Miller) rhizome, Lactobacillus acidophilus, brewer's yeast, Manganese gluconate, silica.
Nettle is traditionally used for inflammatory states of the urinary tract,
rheumatic diseases and gout. It is thanks to its high anti-inflammatory action demonstrated by numerous laboratory studies, that Nettle is also widely used in allergic disorders.
The black currant has a high anti-inflammatory propensity in addition to the ability to rid the body of purines and excess uric acid. With the use of Ribes Nigrum a notable reduction in the number of inflammatory cells is achieved.
It acts by direct stimulation on the adrenal cortex (cortisone-simile action): in fact, its supply increases the concentration of hematic cortisol, without causing the “iatrogenic” effects of corticosteroids.
Licorice with its active principles such as glycyrrhizic acid, asparagus and a steroid analogous to ACTH and cortisone, allow this composition to be a powerful adrenal tonic (therefore it induces to produce a greater amount of cortisone) being also a strong antiasthmatic.
Lactobacillus acidophilus contains 10 billion live bacteria per gram, safeguards and regenerates the intestinal bacterial flora, from where it could start the infective process.
Manganese gluconate, in the form of a trace element, is characteristic of the first Ménétrier diathesis (allergic or arthritic), therefore, it is useful in the following allergic conditions: migraines, urticaria, allergic rhinitis, Quincke's edema, allergic asthma and certain eczema not infected.
