How to use the stand
1. Pull the clasp through the slot to tie the strap. Place on the leg below the hamstring. 1 B. The pressure pad should be placed over the tendon
2. Tighten the strap to a comfortable low compression level and secure the hitch on the strap. Tighten the dial by turning it counterclockwise until the desired compression level is reached. Adjust the regulator dial to increase or decrease pressure based on activity level; do not overcompress.
