PROTESAN MONO RAPID DENTAL INTERVENTION (FIMO) Repairs the dental prosthesis and fixes the teeth.
Indications:
Repair dental prosthesis and fix teeth.
How to use:
Clean the prosthesis and dry it well. Rub it with the emery paper for about 5 minutes on each part divided by the tear, until the surface becomes rough.
Do not play with any instrument or apply the paste on the surface to be joined; do not scrape the surface to be glued with sandpaper, but only the upper part of the prosthesis.
Remove the clay block from the package and lay it on a flat surface. Insert the parts of the prosthesis separated by the break into the plasticine block, making them coincide. Make sure the parts are well joined and fixed.
Open bottle A containing the pre-dosed powder, add 35 to 40 drops of the liquid contained in bottle B, using the corresponding dropper. Mix with the spatula until a homogeneous compound of sticky density is obtained.
Using the spatula, apply the compound on the joined parts, along the entire break, until obtaining a thickness of about 2 mm, with a width of 5/6 mm, covering the previously ground surface with emery paper.
Moisten a fingertip with Liquid B and smooth the applied layer. Wait 15 minutes to make sure the compound has hardened perfectly (hardening time depends on room temperature). The possible presence of a white fence does not alter the repair.
Remove the prosthesis from the clay block. Clean the denture again of any plasticine residue. Remove any compound residue that may have remained after the repair with the emery paper.
Detachment of a tooth from the prosthesis. Clean both the tooth and the cavity with a piece of cotton soaked in liquid B. Insert the compound (see 4) into the cavity and place the tooth. Dampen a fingertip with Liquid B, and then wipe the excess compound around the newly set tooth again. Let harden for 15 minutes.
Presentation:
1 block of plasticine, 1 spatula, 1 dropper, 1 piece of ground paper, 2cc ampoule of methylmethacrylate, 1 glass of 1.7g of polymethylmethacrylate.
