The mandrake opens its doors
The trained alternative practitioner Hans Hansel founds ALRAUNE in Hanover, one of the first organic shops in Germany. The range: macrobiotics, cereals, spices, herbs and imported natural cosmetics from England and Spain.
The imported natural cosmetics, however, in no way corresponded to the expectations of their operators. In order to be able to offer customers cosmetics free of environmentally harmful, questionable or even dangerous chemicals, there is only one way to go: to close the gap in the range of natural cosmetics ...
1978
The Lorien Goods company is born
The hour of birth of LORIEN GOODS natural cosmetics. The self-developed products gradually conquered the market and showed that there are alternatives to conventional cosmetic products.
Alternatives that are well tolerated and that create trust through the controlled organic ingredients. And that is exactly what the founders set out to do: to produce high-quality and compatible natural cosmetics.
